Why BCAA?

Feel proud of what you do and help shape the future of BC at a BC Top Employer. We’re driven by purpose - delivering peace of mind to one in three BC households with insurance, roadside assistance, auto repair, Evo Car Share and Evolve E-Bike Share. With a long history of keeping roads safe and giving back in ways that build stronger communities, we offer a wide variety of meaningful, rewarding careers that move BC forward.

Evo is looking for a creative, social-first Content Creator to bring our brand to life across digital channels. This role is responsible for developing engaging content from concept to publication, including ideation, filming, editing, publishing, and on-camera delivery. As a visible face and voice of the brand, you'll create authentic content that connects with audiences, builds brand affinity, and supports key business priorities across social and digital channels. In addition to content creation, this role supports Evo's event, partnership, and activation programs. You will help coordinate and execute brand activations, support the Brand Ambassador program, manage related logistics and assets, and contribute to creating memorable brand experiences that strengthen community engagement and Member acquisition. This role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This position follows a hybrid work model and requires regular travel within the Lower Mainland and other areas of British Columbia for content capture, events, and storytelling opportunities. Flexibility to work occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends is required to support content creation, events, campaigns, and real-time brand opportunities.

Who You Are

You are passionate about storytelling and creating engaging, social-first content that connects with audiences. You stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and creator best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels. You are creative, curious, and constantly generating new ideas that drive engagement and bring brands to life. You are comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with the confidence to represent the brand as an authentic on-camera personality. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple content projects with quick turnaround times. You have a keen eye for detail and know how to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives. You enjoy being in the community, representing the brand at events and activations, and helping create memorable Member experiences.

What You'll Do

Bring the Evo brand to life across digital channels through compelling storytelling, trend-driven content, and authentic audience engagement.

Serve as an on-camera representative of Evo, showcasing services, Member experiences, partnerships, community initiatives, and brand stories.

Produce photo, video, and creator-style content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Monitor social trends, platform updates, and audience insights to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and internal partners to support campaigns, business priorities, and Member growth initiatives.

Support content planning, production logistics, asset management, and editorial calendar execution.

Capture content at events, activations, partnerships, and community initiatives throughout British Columbia.

Coordinate and execute brand activations, ensuring a consistent and engaging Evo brand experience.

Support Evo's Brand Ambassador program, including event coordination, logistics, scheduling, training, and day-to-day program support.

Build and maintain relationships with Members, creators, partners, community organizations, and internal stakeholders to identify content and partnership opportunities.

Manage promotional assets, branded materials, and event inventory to ensure activation readiness.

Contribute to partnership and activation planning by evaluating results, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements.

Support administrative activities including content approvals, production schedules, compliance requirements, sponsorships, and partner initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated success creating engaging social-first content, supported by a portfolio showcasing your creativity, storytelling, and on-camera presence.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, creator culture, audience engagement strategies, and platform best practices.

Experience planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across multiple digital channels.

Proficiency with video editing and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.

Experience interpreting content performance metrics and applying insights to improve future content.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing trends, priorities, and platform updates.

A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for creating content that delivers both audience and business impact.

Experience supporting events, brand activations, partnerships, or experiential marketing programs.

Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, brand ambassadors, agencies, or external partners.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event and content priorities simultaneously.

Flexibility to work occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Ability to travel throughout British Columbia as required.

Valid Class 5 Driver's License and meets Evo driving eligibility requirements.

The salary range for this position is $35.41 to $44.27 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
