Job summary

BCAA is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing to drive growth, retention, and member engagement for our consumer lines of business. Based at our Burnaby head office, you will support strategic marketing initiatives for insurance products and collaborate across Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Information Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in marketing, product marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business growth, customer acquisition, retention, or revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to the achievement of revenue, growth, profitability, acquisition, and retention targets.
• Act as a business owner for assigned initiatives, taking ideas from concept through implementation and optimization.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute integrated marketing programs.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver business results.
• Leverage market insights, customer data, and performance metrics to support fact-based decision making and investment planning.
• Monitor campaign and program performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI.

What you bring:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Financial acumen, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $70,908.36 to $88,635.36 and is determined viajob‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.

In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
