Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a hotel renovation project in London, Ontario. You will supervise all on-site construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Commercial Site Superintendent, preferably in hotel renovation projects.
• Strong background in ICI GC/CM construction methodologies.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and construction standards in Canada.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.

Our client is an established construction management company dedicated to high end custom residential and commercial / hospitality renovation and new build projects across the GTA and SW Ontario. Due to current growth, they're looking to secure an experienced Site Superintendent to their team to oversee a hotel renovation project in London, ON.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
