Michael Page is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects in Toronto. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely, safe delivery across multiple developments.

The role requires hands-on experience with Part 9 and Part 3 projects, strong leadership, and excellent communication to drive project success and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Part 9 and Part 3 residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors and on-site teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project timelines and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any discrepancies.
• Manage on-site logistics, including materials, equipment, and labour allocation.
• Collaborate with the project management team to provide updates and resolve challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and records of site activities.

This Site Superintendent role will oversee ongoing residential construction activities, including occupancy, framing, and new building development. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will lead site operations, coordinate construction activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects while supporting the company's continued growth.

• Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors and on‑site teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills to resolve on‑site challenges.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and project management tools.
