Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee high-profile ICI projects across Western Canada. You will supervise all construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on sites across Alberta and British Columbia.

Travel is required; you will report to project managers, manage budgets, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ICI GC/CM new build projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada to oversee projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on-site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates.
