• Experience in managing custom home and low-rise residential projects from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with Part 9 and Part 3 projects (essential).

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Superintendent should have:

• Experience managing custom home and low-rise residential construction projects from start to finish.


• Hands-on experience with both Part 9 and Part 3 projects (essential).


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.


• Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors and on-site teams effectively.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve on-site challenges.


• Familiarity with construction documentation and project management tools.
