Job summary

Michael Page International (Canada) is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects in the GTA. You will ensure milestones, stay on schedule and within budget, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to drive progress.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of on-site health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising interior tenant fit-out and abatement projects.
• Knowledge of ICI GC/CM processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

About Our Client

Our client is an established ICI General Contractor, dedicated to buildings construction projects across the GTA, both renovation / interior fit outs and ground up new builds, with a heavy focus in the institutional and commercial sectors. Due to new project acquisition and growth, they're looking to attract an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team.
