Job summary

Bird Construction in Canada is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the Talent Acquisition team through the full recruitment lifecycle. You will coordinate interviews, post opportunities, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience for applicants and hiring teams.

This role requires 1–3 years of admin experience, familiarity with ATS/HRIS such as Workday, and a knack for organization and discretion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in recruiting or HR.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms, with Workday preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panels.
• Post jobs on internal and external boards and maintain requisitions in ATS.
• Support candidate communications and provide timely updates.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain confidential records.
• Assist with onboarding and background checks as required.
