Golderado Contracting Corporation is seeking a Craft Recruiter Administrator to support manpower planning across Canada. The role includes resume review, pre-screening, onboarding, and general admin tasks within a busy drafting and field support environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of office experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently. A vehicle is preferred, with health benefits and vacation included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of office experience; craft recruiting experience is an asset.
• Civil construction experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Word and Excel; comfortable with internal software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Craft Recruiter on manpower needs.
• Review resumes, pre-screen and organize applicants in the tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding and orientations as required.
• Perform general administrative duties (phone, mail, etc.).
