Job summary

MPI, a Hamilton-based construction management company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to streamline project activities between site teams and office contacts, keeping schedules, documents and follow-ups up to date.

You will coordinate meetings, track milestones and prepare status updates for ICI and residential projects across GTA, Hamilton, Niagara and KW regions. The role offers phone and laptop.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project schedules, meetings and follow-up activities.
• Familiarity with ICI, commercial or residential construction projects.
• Ability to maintain accurate project records and correspondence.
• Strong communication with contractors, consultants and internal contacts.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings and action items to keep construction activities on track.
• Maintain project files, drawings, reports and correspondence so teams can access current information.
• Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items with contractors, consultants and internal contacts.
• Prepare clear meeting notes, status updates and project documentation for construction activities.
• Coordinate the flow of project information between site teams, suppliers and office contacts.
• Monitor document revisions and distribute updated materials to the appropriate project contacts.
• Support project planning by organizing schedules, records and follow-up requirements.
• Help resolve day-to-day coordination issues by identifying missing information and arranging timely follow-up.
