Construction Project Coordinator!
We’re looking for someone who can keep our construction projects organized from kickoff to close-out. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, logistics, and project support—making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Supporting the Director and Project Management (PM) team with day-to-day coordination.
- Drafting the weekly project schedule and making sure it gets published on time.
- Booking accommodations, waste removal, and equipment rentals like a travel agent meets logistics expert.
- Working with PMs to lock in project start dates and making sure site meetings are attended.
- Organizing the weekly PM meeting.
- Ensuring all necessary site documents are in place for both crews and clients.
- Gathering and issuing close-out documents and warranties once projects wrap up.
- Partnering closely with PMs to monitor budgets, timelines, and project progress.
- Reviewing each project weekly to catch cost overruns before they become real problems.
- Helping PMs build out schedules of values and assist with progress billing.
- Making sure completed jobs are handed over to accounting for final invoicing.
- Coordinating with local unions for labour requests and documentation collection.
- Keeping your inbox under control and responding to emails daily.
You Bring:
- Top-tier organizational skills (you know where everything is).
- A detail-focused, proactive approach — you’re always two steps ahead.
- Clear communication and coordination skills.
- A “get-it-done” mindset with a calm, cool presence when things get hectic.
- Bonus points if you’ve got construction or scheduling experience under your (tool)belt.
What’s In It For You:
- Salary: $60,000-$65,000
- Be a central part of an energetic, supportive, and hands-on construction team.
- A front-row seat to the project process — from boots on the ground to final invoice.
If you're a scheduling superstar who gets excited by structure, collaboration, and a bit of construction chaos, we want to hear from you!
