Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in training, facilitation, or program delivery within construction, utilities, or related industries.
• Strong background in operational systems, software adoption, and end-user enablement.
• Experience delivering training across ILT, virtual, and blended formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training sessions for Bird’s operational software systems tailored to construction workflows.
• Collaborate with Operations Program Enablement to integrate SOPs, manuals, and training materials into system training programs.
• Work with Operations Technology to ensure software supports real-world execution and translate technical functionality into practical workflows for teams.
• Partner with Learning & Development to maintain standardized and scalable training structures across Bird.
• Support change management initiatives with communication, coaching, and reinforcement activities.
• Engage with executives and managers to align training priorities with organizational goals.
