Job summary

Bird Construction is seeking a Learning Specialist to connect our programs, platforms, and learners. You’ll manage learning operations, administer Workday Learning, and support content creation with a focus on clear data-driven storytelling.

You will translate analytics into actionable insights for leaders, maintain learning collateral, and contribute to continuous improvement across programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related coordination environment.
• Demonstrated experience producing recurring metrics or dashboards for stakeholders.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis (pivot tables, charts); Workday, SharePoint and Adobe Creative Cloud are assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs and platform administration at scale.
• Triaging learning inquiries via ServiceNow and resolving Tier 1 issues.
• Administer Workday Learning: course setup, records management, vendor coordination, end-user support.
• Maintain SharePoint pages and national learning calendar.
• Prepare monthly learning analytics and translate data into insights for leaders.
• Develop and distribute internal communications to drive program awareness.
