Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a seasoned construction leader to oversee design, construction, and warranty handover for projects in Moose Jaw, SK. You will direct planning, scheduling, and engineering functions and ensure safety, policy adherence, and environmental programs across assigned projects.

Ideal candidate has 15–20 years in ICI construction supervision, a relevant degree, and CSID clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years supervisory experience in ICI Construction.
• Engineering or Construction degree/diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, policies and labor negotiations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Experience in building and developing a team.
• Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Clearance.
• Candidate must be able to work in Moose Jaw, SK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure they are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
• Develop and maintain pre‑construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, and commissioning and PDI schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
• Ensure project safety standards, company policy, client policies, and environmental programs are adhered to.
• Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with the business goals.

Qualifications

• 15‑20 years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI Construction.
• Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction—including technology, equipment, methods; company policies, procedures, standards; union jurisdiction; labor agreements and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
• Experienced in managing and developing a team.
• Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Candidate must be able to work in MooseJaw, SK.
