Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee design, construction, and warranty handover on projects in Moose Jaw, SK. The role requires 15–20 years of supervisory experience in ICI construction and an engineering or construction-related degree.

You will guide planning, scheduling, and field teams while maintaining safety, budgets, and schedules. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with eligibility for CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level

Qualifications

• 15–20 years supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI Construction.
• Engineering or Construction related degree/diploma, or an equivalent work experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills.
• Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.

• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
• Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules.
• Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s).
• Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to.
• Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with the business goals.

You as a Construction Manager will:
