Job summary

EllisDon is seeking a Construction Manager in Saskatchewan to lead project planning, execution, and close-out across multiple earthworks and civil sites.

You will manage a large team, mentor project management staff, ensure profitability and safety, and coordinate with stakeholders. Willingness to travel to job sites across Saskatchewan is required; PMP is a plus; 10-15 years supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in commercial earthworks and underground utilities projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
  • Experience in light and heavy civil projects would be an asset.
  • PMP designation would be considered an asset.
  • Be willing to travel to job sits across Saskatchewan.

  • Lead and support project planning start-up, project financials, project pre-construction, project execution, close-out, and EHS.
  • Strong focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
