Job Description: The Confidential Office Administrative Assistant is accountable to the Network Primary Health Care Director. The Confidential Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for the provision of administrative services by effectively and efficiently managing administrative matters which support the day to day operations of the network. These services include; administrative support to the Director and Managers, preparation of data and reports related to service provision and budget administration, managing administrative support staff, managing personnel procedures and participating in network leadership activities.
