Award-Winning Hotel Seeking Catering Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? Delta Hotels by Marriott Saint John is looking for a talented Catering Sales Manager to join our team in Saint John, NB, Canada.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with clients and couples (in person, by phone, or email) to gather detailed information about their event, including timelines, agendas, room setups, meal preferences, and technology needs.
• Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), which are documents that explain every part of the event to the hotel staff: what food will be served, how the room should be arranged, what audio/visual equipment is needed, and what times everything will happen.
• Work closely with the kitchen for food and beverage service, with the banquet team for room setup and staffing, with housekeeping for clean-up and room maintenance, and with AV for technology like microphones, projectors, or hybrid event setups.
