Job summary

Five Rivers Property Management Group, based in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking candidates for Limited Licensee Condominium Manager roles. You will support a fully licensed Condominium Manager in managing a portfolio and work toward becoming fully licensed, completing required training (some outside regular hours).

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, liaising with contractors, and assisting with budgets and financial statements, with a flexible hybrid home/office schedule.

Responsibilities
