Job summary

Five Rivers Property Management Group in Guelph, Ontario is seeking an experienced General License Condominium Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of condo communities. You will work closely with Boards of Directors to ensure governance, timely communication, and efficient property operations.

The role requires CMRAO General License in good standing, a reliable vehicle, and availability for evening meetings and after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Condominium Manager General License in good standing with CMRAO.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Availability for evening meetings and after-hours emergencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of condominium communities.
• Act as contact for Boards, owners, residents, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, service contracts, and projects.
• Prepare meeting packages and support board meetings.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, reserve fund planning, and audits.
• Prepare notices and condominium communications as required.
• Ensure compliance with documents and laws and board-approved policies.
• Provide after-hours emergency response and follow-up.
• Attend board meetings after hours.
