Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act.
CMRAO licence in good standing.
4+ years of condominium management experience.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
Preparing agendas for Board meetings and AGMs.
Conducting building inspections and managing repairs.
Coordinating and supervising contractors.
Maintaining corporate policies and procedures.
Ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
