Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act.
• CMRAO licence in good standing.
• 4+ years of condominium management experience.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Preparing agendas for Board meetings and AGMs.
• Conducting building inspections and managing repairs.
• Coordinating and supervising contractors.
• Maintaining corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Supporting financial management with the accounting team.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
