Job summary

Goldview Property Management is seeking an experienced Full-Time Portfolio Condominium Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area. You will work with senior management, boards, owners and residents, reporting to Regional and Senior Management.

You will be supported by accounting and administrative teams and will coordinate with property staff to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance across multiple properties.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Ontario Condominium Act
  • CMRAO licence in good standing
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • 4+ years of condominium management experience
  • Ability to multitask in a team-based environment
  • Proficiency with Condominium Software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience supervising and supporting 2-3 staff members
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to compile, review, and maintain financial documentation
  • High school diploma is required
  • College or university degree or 1-2 year non-university certificate or diploma
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities

  • Prepare agendas and materials for Board meetings and AGMs
  • Conduct building inspections and oversee maintenance/repair activities
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
  • Maintain and update corporate policies and procedures
  • Ensure effective, professional, timely communication with Boards, owners, residents and stakeholders
  • Support financial management of condominium corporations with accounting team
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements

Job Description

As a Portfolio Condominium Manager, you will work closely with senior management, Boards of Directors, owners, and residents within the communities you serve. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium corporations across the Greater Toronto Area and will report directly to a Regional Manager and Senior Management.

You will be supported by dedicated accounting and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing agendas and materials for Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Conducting building inspections and overseeing maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers
  • Maintaining and updating corporate policies and procedures
  • Ensuring effective, professional, and timely communication with Boards, owners, residents, and stakeholders
  • Supporting the financial management of condominium corporations in collaboration with the accounting team
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
