You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide boards in decision-making, and ensure commitments are met with professionalism and clear communication. Qualificações

• This role requires experience in condominium or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management is expected.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for assigned condominium communities and boards.
• Build productive relationships with board members, owners, residents, and service providers.
• Prepare for and attend board meetings and annual general meetings.
• Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and projects with contractors.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and contract administration.
• Ensure governance, operational, and regulatory responsibilities are met.
• Respond promptly to questions and concerns from stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the CIE team to provide high-quality support.
