Job summary

ICON Property Management in Ontario is seeking an experienced Property Manager to serve as the primary on-site representative for a residential condominium community. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, work closely with the board, residents, and contractors, and uphold governing documents and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing maintenance contracts, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with CMRAO regulations and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• CMRAO license or eligibility is required.
• 3-5 years of experience managing residential condominium communities.
• Strong understanding of condominium laws and CMRAO regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site representative for the condo community.
• Develop and manage operating and reserve fund budgets.
• Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor performance.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with the board.
