Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of condo management experience, a related degree, and a condo license (limited preferred). You will supervise staff, manage vendor contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The Condominium Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of a condominium complex. This role involves overseeing various aspects of property management, including financial management, facilities maintenance, vendor management, and building relationships with tenants, landlords and boards.
