Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a casual Concierge (on-call) at Aspira Peninsula Retirement Living in Surrey, BC. Shifts available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

The role focuses on building relationships with residents and delivering personalized assistance to ensure comfort, dignity and respect. Ideal candidates are professional, welcoming, and able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check (BC).
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with residents, families and visitors, offering personalized assistance and ensuring everyone is respected.
• Greet visitors, determine needs, and guide them through mini-tours.
• Maintain accurate records and handle cash-related documentation with attention to detail.
• Provide clerical and computer support to managers and adapt to administrative needs.
• Deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents and staff.
• Contribute to a welcoming home culture and support residents’ daily lives.

This is a Casual (ON-CALL) position to pick up shifts whenever needed.

We are looking for someone who is available any day of the week to pick up any of the below shifts:

• 7:00AM-3:00PM
• 3:00PM-11:00PM
