Sienna Senior Living is hiring a Casual Concierge at Aspira Mayfair Terrace Retirement Living in Port Coquitlam, BC. You will provide personalized assistance to residents, greet visitors, and support front-desk operations in a fast-paced retirement setting.

As a casual on-call role, you’ll cover shifts 7:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00, with an emphasis on warm, professional service, accurate record-keeping, and strong teamwork within the retirement home.

This is a Casual (ON-CALL) position to pick up shifts whenever needed.

We are looking for someone who is available for any of the below shifts for any day of the week:

• 7:00AM-3:00PM
• 3:00PM-11:00PM

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What You Need To Know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
