Aspira Royale Place Retirement Living is hiring a Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will tailor assistance to individual resident lifestyles and contribute to a caring daily environment within the retirement community.

Your role includes maintaining records, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring high-quality customer service while collaborating with the wider team to enhance residents’ daily living experiences.

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

• You ensure issues are clearly documented and escalated appropriately when needed
• You consistently deliver warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members

• You maintain accurate records and handle cash-related documentation with attention to detail
• You provide dependable clerical and computer support to managers and adapt easily to administrative needs

• You are detailed-oriented and have and have strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff

What You Need To Know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
