Job summary

Aspira Martindale Gardens Retirement Living, part of Sienna Senior Living, is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors and provide personalized assistance in a fast-paced environment.

You will build rapport, greet guests, conduct mini-tours, handle clerical tasks and assist with daily operations to ensure residents live with comfort and dignity. Strong communication and Excel/Office skills are valued in this supportive team.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada or valid work permit.
• Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and basic clerical tasks.

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What You Need To Know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
