Job summary

Sienna Senior Living's Aspira Hazeldean Gardens in Ottawa, ON is seeking a friendly Concierge on a casual on-call basis to cover vacations and open shifts. Shift hours are 4:00pm–8:00pm, with occasional 8:00am–4:00pm as needed, and weekend availability is required.

The position pays $18.08 per hour. As part of the Retirement team, you will greet residents, families and visitors, provide personalized assistance, and help create a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued and supported

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
