Job summary

Aspira Bartlett Oshawa 55+ Lifestyle Apartments is seeking a Concierge to support residents and families with personalized service in a welcoming environment. This role emphasizes relationship-building, clerical support, and accurate record-keeping to enhance daily life for seniors.

The Concierge will greet guests, assist with directions and mini-tours, and collaborate with the Retirement team to maintain a warm, respectful atmosphere. Cash handling and documentation are part of the daily duties.

Qualifications

• Legal to work in Canada or valid work permit
• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check
• Pass Criminal Records Check (British Columbia applicants)

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
