Job summary

Aspira Martindale Gardens Retirement Living, part of Sienna Senior Living, is seeking a friendly Concierge to support residents and visitors in Milton. You will build rapport, offer tailored assistance, and help create a welcoming community where residents feel valued and cared for each day.

The role emphasizes excellent service, accurate records, and teamwork in a fast-paced retirement setting. On-site position with competitive benefits and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear documentation and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors and address their needs promptly.
• Provide personalized concierge assistance and conduct mini-tours of the home.
• Maintain welcoming environment and support culture of the retirement community.
• Accurately document inquiries and assist with cash-related documentation.

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you will offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
