Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge for casual on-call shifts at Aspira Mayfair Terrace Retirement Living in Port Coquitlam, BC. You will greet residents and visitors, provide personalized assistance, and support daily operations with warmth and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, delivers outstanding service, handles records accurately, and is comfortable with cash documentation and basic clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.
• Able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• All applicants must pass the Criminal Records Check (BC applicants).
• Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen applicants.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with residents, families, and visitors to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Provide personalized assistance, guide visitors through mini-tours and assist with queries.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with clerical tasks and cash-related documentation.
• Contribute to team culture and support daily operations in a fast-paced retirement setting.

This is a Casual (ON-CALL) position to pick up shifts whenever needed.

We are looking for someone who is available for any of the below shifts for any day of the week:

• 7:00AM-3:00PM
• 3:00PM-11:00PM

Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
