Job summary

Lev Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, provide front-desk support, answer inquiries and help maintain a positive image of our residence. This role requires clear communication, professionalism and a caring attitude toward older adults.

This full‑time position averages 75 hours every two weeks with shifts 3–11pm daily and every other weekend. Starting wage is 19.05 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with residents and visitors
• Ability to be patient, polite and respectful
• Experience with basic office procedures is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

• Present a positive image of the residence to the public
• Provide administrative support as required
• Complete cleaning tasks as required
• Provide initial face-to-face and telephone contact with visitors
• Provide personal and telephone contact with residents and staff
• Maintain confidentiality of data and residents' information

Hours Of Work

Full Time: 75 hours biweekly

3-11pm Daily And Every Other Weekend

Starting Wage $19.05hr

Qualifications

• Great communication skills - In person and on the phone
• "People person" who enjoys spending time with older adults
• A person who is both self motivated and self directed.
• Previous employment in a health care residence an asset but not mandatory
• Secretarial skills and experience with office procedures required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office required.
• Patience, tolerance and politeness when responding to residents and visitors to the residence.
• Ability to speak read and write English. Must be able to follow oral and written directions and to do simple arithmetic calculations.
