Job summary

Aspira Lincoln Park Retirement Living, part of Sienna Senior Living, is seeking a Full-Time Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families and visitors and provide personalized assistance. In this role you will help with tours, admin tasks, cash handling and documentation while contributing to a caring, welcoming environment for seniors.

You will join a compassionate team in a fast-paced setting, delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring residents feel valued and supported each day.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide warm, professional reception.
• Build rapport with residents, families, and visitors to offer personalized assistance.

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
