Sienna Senior Living in Milton is seeking a Concierge to join Aspira Martindale Gardens Retirement Living. You will welcome residents, families and visitors, provide personalized assistance, and help create a warm, dignified home environment for seniors.

You’ll handle inquiries professionally, document issues, perform light clerical tasks, and support a team culture that puts residents first. The role offers opportunities to grow and contribute to high-quality daily living.

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
