Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for Aspira Martindale Gardens Retirement Living in Canada. The role focuses on understanding residents’ stories and providing personalized assistance, tours, and welcoming service to families and visitors.

The position emphasizes professional, compassionate customer service, accuracy in records, and support for managers while helping residents live with comfort, dignity and respect.

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
