Job summary

Sienna Senior Living at Kensington Place Retirement Residence is seeking a part-time Concierge with weekend availability. You will warmly greet residents, families and visitors, provide personalized assistance, and help create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced retirement community.

The role emphasizes building relationships and accuracy in records, while performing light clerical duties and providing professional communication.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and pass background checks.

You will be a welcomed member of the Retirement team, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
