Job summary

Aspira Rockland Manor Retirement Living is seeking a Casual Concierge to support vacations and open shifts. You will join Sienna Senior Living in a role focused on resident relations, friendly service, and daily life enrichment for Canada’s seniors.

As part of the retirement team, you will greet visitors, assist residents and families, and help with mini-tours, records, and basic admin tasks. Shifts include 8:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm, with weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.
• Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Must pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and provide personalized assistance.
• Build rapport with residents, families and visitors.
• Coordinate tours and direct guests to services.
• Maintain records and assist with cash-related documentation.

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
