Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
2. Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
3. Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groups.
4. Identify, analyze, and repair product failures; order and replace parts as needed.

Basic Tasks:

1. Provide deskside software support.
2. Perform high-end printer and multi-function laser component repairs.
3. Conduct basic network troubleshooting.
