Guardian Veterinary Centre in Edmonton, AB is hiring a full-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care to join our compassionate CCS team. You will help clients and their pets feel welcomed and supported.

The role includes a 5-week rotating schedule of 10-hour shifts with day, evening and overnight coverage. Applicants with enrollment in a veterinary program and prior front-desk or customer service experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Front desk or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and pets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for clients and pets.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
• Process payments and invoices; obtain confirmations.
• Admit and discharge patients and maintain reception areas.
