Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning techniques and geriatric resident needs.
• Basic bedside care and simple treatments knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to ensure alignment with the plan of care.
• Documents information related to resident care as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
