AgeCare is hiring a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate resident care according to established plans. You will monitor and document care, participate in training, and help onboard new staff while following IPAC policies to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Salary is $24.75 per hour with benefits and opportunities for career growth. Canadian applicants are welcome; experience with geriatric residents and sanitation best practices is valued.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma completed.
• Meets vocational standards per MTCU and NACCs guidelines.
• Meets Ontario Community Support Association standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring care to residents per care plan.
• Assists in documentation of resident information as directed.
• Attends in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assists in onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follows IPAC policies and procedures.

Knowledge of bedside care procedures
