AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Personal Support Worker to support residents with daily care tasks, following a structured care plan and reporting observations to the supervisor.

Responsibilities include documenting resident information, attending training sessions, and assisting in onboarding new staff while adhering to IPAC policies and procedures. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care in a home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meet the standards established by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meet the standards established by the Ontario Community Support Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring care to residents to ensure it aligns with the care plan by observing and reporting findings to the supervisor.
• Assist in documenting information related to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.
• Must follow IPAC policies and procedures.
