Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support residents in daily living, personal care, and household tasks on a part-time Wednesday shift (6am–6pm). You will collaborate with the health team, respond to call lights, and help maintain safety and comfort for residents in this Saskatchewan facility.

The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and adherence to care plans, with opportunities for training and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• CNA/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plans.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal updates to ensure continuity of care.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls promptly and communicate changes to the health team.
