Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in Saskatchewan. This part-time role covers Wednesdays 6pm-6am, focusing on assisting residents with personal care, daily living activities, and supporting life enrichment programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• Medication Assistance license/certification preferred where required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Must complete all state and Experience Senior Living training programs.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly to residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned.
• Participate in shift change reports and verbal reports.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and activities.
• Promote residents' independence and personal choices.
• Provide encouragement and support to residents.
• Communicate changes in residents' needs to the Director of Health & Wellness.
• Report accidents/incidents promptly to supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal care information.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed and safety protocols observed.
