We are seeking a Care Partner to provide personal care and activities of daily living for residents, supporting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs in a 45% permanent part-time

• Saskatchewan Polytechnic Continuing Care Assistant Program or an equivalent program

• Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.
• Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
