Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Caregiver to support clients at home in Regina. You will provide homemaking, companionship, and personal care per a care plan to promote comfort and independence within a client-centered approach.

The role requires formal caregiver training, strong English communication, reliable transportation, and a compassionate, patient-focused mindset. This casual position offers flexible hours and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program.
• Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; French proficiency is an asset.
• Provide high-quality care services to clients in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
• Administer personal care according to the care plan directives.
• Observe and document client conditions and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Implement infection prevention practices and maintain a safe environment.
