Job summary

The University of Victoria is seeking a Manager, Commuter Services to lead front office operations including parking product sales, employee bus passes, citation resolution, lost and found, lockers, and motor pool. You will ensure enforcement of Traffic and Parking Regulations in collaboration with Parking Compliance Officers and Security.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field and 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in financial administration, including budget procedures and reconciliation.
  • Supervision of staff and development of procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office services including sales of parking products, employee bus passes, citation resolution, lost and found, lockers, special event parking and motor pool.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial administration of the department.
  • Provide staff with effective support for inquiries received from clients in person, email or over the phone.
  • Escalate issues and manage the citation appeal process.
  • Participate in on-call capacity due to the 24/7/365 nature of the operation.
