Job summary

Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) is seeking a Casual Parking/Transportation Clerk at Victoria General Hospital in Victoria, BC. The position administers the transportation and parking program for all regional sites and processes the Parking Permits Program.

Reporting to the Coordinator and Supervisor, Parking, you will ensure accurate records, communicate effectively, and operate with integrity.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Valid Class 5-vehicle license.
• Ability to keyboard at 45 w.p.m.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Responsibilities
